Woohoo! I'm so excited! Has anyone heard of a bill like this being proposed that didn't pass? I can't imagine that it won't, who wants to be the bad guy who opposes child safety?! lol They want to ammend the current law and add parts about you have to be using the seat according to the manufacturer and you can be ticketed for using it wrong etc. Of course this can only happen if cops have a clue, which ours don't. Maybe this will spur them to send some people to class. It also has that you can get your (STUPID $25) fine waived if you take your car to a seat check and get a letter.
