If you are still looking, I have a very nice, used 1/2 violing with bow and hard case. It is in very good, used condition. No repairs needed of any kind. When you need 3/4 please let me know (or if you want it now). I have one just FFS. My mom bought it for me in high school and I really needed a full size so it was barely used.

Really!? That would be fabulous!!! I keep telling DH that I think he's gonna shoot through a 1/2 and be ready for a 3/4 before he even knows it.
