Has anyone tried a MR RF on a plane?

We're planning on getting a My Ride for a second car/backup/travel seat. But, we will eventually be using it on an airplane. Will it fit RF with the cupholders being so wide? Has anyone tried it?

I haven't tried it, but I'd really be unsure. How does the True Fit fit? I think you have to have the plane's arm rests up for that to fit, right? And the My Ride is wider on each side than the True Fit is.

Re: Has anyone tried a MR RF on a plane?

I haven't ready anything about the My Ride. I'm sure you'd need at least one arm rest up to get it in the seat though, which means you couldn't use it in the bulkhead either RF or FF.

I've read that no one has succeeded in getting the True Fit in RF yet, but it does fit FF.

Good inexpensive seats usually recommended for travel are the Scenera, the Avenue, and for a bit more money the Coccoro. The Avenue will last the longest, the Scenera is the cheapest, the Coccoro has the most convenience feaures, including soon a stroller it fits on. A lot of people like infant buckets for travel in the rear facing stage too.

Then when kiddos get older and can FF many people like the Radian.
