    Recline in a FF seat...

    Is it "less safe" for a FF seat to be more reclined (like a myride?) Or just less comfy for the kiddo? Should I try to install my TF as upright as possible, or is some recline ok?

    Tell me why a jerry-rigged top tether is bad....

    I've got a conversion van. No official tethers, but LOTS of thick metal bars in the bottoms of the seats. Not on the floor, but on the actual aftermarket seat that Glaval made for my Astrovan. Why can't I tether to them? They are slightly closer to the floor (4 inches?) than my friends tethers...

    Three in a row...two HBBs what in the middle?

    Ok, my order for a radian 65 got cancelled, so I'm reconsidering that seat.... I have a back bench in my 99 astrovan, and I need 3 across back there. I've got two big kids in HBB (turboboosters) and currently 38ish lbs 5yo DS in a evenflo chase. It's a PITA to buckle the HBB's and I"m looking...

    Using a lap belt to install a seat..........

    I've got a lap belt in the middle row of the back of my 99 Astrovan. I have 5 kids, so one of them has got to sit there...I'm currently looking for a high weight 5 point seat to put there, am I going to have problems installing it? Any good links on how to install a seat with just a lap belt...

    When did your kid move out of the keyfit 30?

    I like buckets :whistle: DD is getting too big for her almost expired Peg perego at 9 months and 16lbs. She's not a tall bean (none of my kids are)........will I get my money's worth out of a keyfit 30? Or will she outgrow it in a few months...?
