My seat splits between the middle and the driver. Is that the same?

Can your 6 year old buckle the seatbelt next to the BLVD? My buckle for the middle seat is about 3 inches more toward the middle than the split in the seat, if that makes sense...

The best low back booster I've found for this particular vehicle is the Harmony low back booster that you can get at Wal Mart for about $13! It's the one that comes in pink zebra print and red/orange flame print (I am sure they have plain black too).
Right now I have my 2yo rear facing in a Blvd 70 on the driver's side, which is my "big" seat (you know how the back is split into 2 parts, not sure if the big one is behind the drivers side on the '08 model)
Then I have the harmony LBB in the middle for my 6yo, and I have a Foonf forward facing with seat belt install for my 4yo on the passenger side. You might be able to do the same thing with the radian if you cheat it over toward the door a bit and install with the seat belt.
