  • For seats that are in the third row, tether to the tether hooks that are on the back of the second row seats...I've never tethered any of my seats in my second row.

    Twisting the belt stalk is turning the stalk of the seatbelt (the end that you buckle it into) 360 degrees....this shortens it to make an acceptable install when the belt stalk is too long.
    I was wondering where I should tether the two rear facing seats in my Toyota Sienna (thanks for the pics by the way) and also what do you mean when you say to twist the belt stalk? Thanks!
