So even if I lose 20 - 30 lbs, I never go below 29 daily points? I remember the old points I only got 26 daily points..

Maybe if I tell you my stats? You could check it? I don't want to go over by accident!
Now what I remember is when you go down so many pounds you need to readjust that daily points value. Is that the same?

thanks! I did good today. I even went out to lunch at Macaroni grill and got 1/2 sandwich and salad for 8 points. So not bad! I went off the website for nutritional info. I am supposed to get 32 daily pts with the formula I found And I ended up with 2 points left. And I read that you get 49 weekly points now? I am not sure how all these points will help me lose weight but I got on the scale and found the calculator on line and am just going to go for it! Thanks for your help!
I am feeling pretty good today. I found a lot of stuff on line for free. I just cannot afford to join and quit again.. So I want to see how I do and then I may get all the stuff and keep it going..

I can send you the sites I am using and you an look it over..
So I found an online calculator that will let me count PP for now, I am going to try it myself for a few weeks and see how I do.
I was wondering if you could make sure I have the right PP daily amount for me. Could you pm me if you have a minute? Thanks!
Do you know how much the PP tracker or the kit is new? I am trying to see if it is cheaper to get it on Ebay or direct from WW. Thanks!
Thanks! I am still deciding to join or not.. I was thinking of maybe joining a local group too. Whatever I do, I am starting today with what I have. I need to take a step in that direction! Thank you for the offer. I may just take you up on that!
Nope. Our black, green-eyed cat is safe as safe can be. We might give her some chicken or tuna as a special treat, because, come on, black cat and Halloween, but no harm will come to our baby.
