Question Nautilus - LATCH in booster mode

I've read on here several times that you can use LATCH and/or the top tether on the Nautilus in booster mode. I just looked in the manual online and it says on page 13 "DO NOT USE LATCH and/or tether in booster mode." So now I'm a little confused.

Is it a change that's been made, but the manuals haven't been updated or what?

Exactly.

I think Graco made the announcement at Lifesavers, and it's supposed to be retroactive.

What's the DOM of your seat?

(butting in- hope you don't mind, but I had the exact same question)

The DOM on my seat (I think) is June 2008. I just bought it two days ago. The manual VERY clearly says not to use latch in booster mode.

I will do a search to find the info from Graco, but would someone mind linking it to me, in case I have a hard time finding it? Or should I perhaps email them?

I don't have a Nautilus (although I do plan to get one when Pacey outgrows the Marathon...won't be for another year at least). I was just looking at the manual online. One of the reasons I want the Nautilus is because I though you could LATCH/tether in booster mode, so it stood out big time when I seen that in the manual.

is this retroactive back to the beginning of the seat. i have a 1/08 dom and was wondering that...i'm probably 3 yrs from using it as a booster but it would be good to know
