I emailed Graco about when we'll have more info on this seat. Here was their response.

Hi Sarah,

We also have information on the Size4Me 70 (formerly the MySize65) that you were asking about. This seat is not out on the market yet, so I can’t actually share any details about the seat features, other than what is already been written. It is launching at Buy Buy Baby in late May, so more information will be available in early May. I hope this helps your question and if you have any more feel free to reach out.

Sincerely,

Kacie McKee

I can't wait either! Isn't this one supposed to have a no re-thread harness? I would be so happy if it did!

Yay! I'm so excited to find out more about this seat. Trying to hold back on any other car seat purchases until then... May feels like a long ways away though! :p

I'm glad they changed the name! So now they won't have the My Ride 65 and My Size 65!

Do they have a price point on it? I may sell my MR and get this instead since it looks like it FFs better in cars. That and I'm starting to only want no retread harnesses.

Does this look like it would be comparable, front to back wise, with the MR65?
I wonder if they will have a different buckle for this?
I'm getting rid of the MR because of that buckle.
Maybe I should wait and get this instead of the KWP.

I doubt the buckle will be different. They have that buckle on all their new seats.

Ok... i admit i never clicked through all of those expo photos before.... and now that i have i must say this:

Did Britax sell all of their old style bases to Graco? ;) Thats all i could think about - that the MyRide mated with an RA50 and had a baby named the SizeMe70 :p

Looks cool.... and a DEFINITE improvement from the MyRide base which i despise.

Do you have the old press down buckle that tends to have a tongue stick in and lock and not come out no matter how much you pull/push/wiggle it? or do you have the new press in buckle? If you've got the old, sticky one, then the new buckle is really nice IMO. I've got it on my SR35, and it's easy to open (press at top of button as it pivots at the bottom, don't press in centre or bottom). The tongues take more force to click in, but they click in very definitively so it's obvious they are in. And it never sticks. If you've already got the new buckle, and dislike it, well then I'm no help! LOL

I wish Graco would come out with rebound or at least RFing tethering.

They have come out with it. The Canadian MyRides and SnugRides meet our new rebound standard as well as any other model sold in Canada that is 2012 compliant. The Canadian MyRides have larger side bolsters near the feet, and the SR35s have larger side bolsters and require the handle up. If the new seat is available in Canada, it will need to pass the rebound tests as well.

Now whether they have plans to add it to the U.S. seats, I don't know.
