My DD in the SR30.

She has a ton of room left. In mid Dec. she was 17# and 28 inches. She's 14 months now.
Excuse the face, she hasn't learned to play car seats yet. :D

I honestly wish I could keep her in this seat for awhile yet. The fit is fantastic. In the Keyfit 30 when I removed the infant insert, the harness dug into the sides of her belly and the top of the buckle tongues dug into her belly too. It left red marks that would last for hours. I stopped using it way before I planned on and put her in a convertible.

The harness on the SR30 lays nice and flat and the buckle tongues don't dig at all. I like how close the shell is to her head, she's very comfy sleeping. (And for perhaps imagined SIP).

This is one of my favorite seats I've ever dealt with. :)

I'm so happy to hear that! I bought a SR 30 for my next baby at Target without knowing anything about the seat (but it only cost me $3, so I couldn't pass it up!). I'm glad to hear it's a well-liked seat because I really don't want to reuse our Flex Loc.. way too many quirks with that seat.

I have the snugride 30 for DS who's 10m and I LOVE LOVE it:love:. Its perfect size for an average baby. Not to big not to small, great fit on a newborn, narrow base for side by side installs. Its a great price point to for most people 100$. I love seeing it in alot of Gracos new travel systems since so many people gravitate towards them. The front adjust would probably make it more likely they'd be hooked in securely.
