Evenflo chase

Just wanted to make sure, the evenflo chase you can only use the harness up to 40lbs and then the booster goes higher right?

I think the only seats that harness above 40lbs in Canada are the the MA and Radian. Is that correct?

Thanks

There are several seats in Canada that go over 40#. Here in the US, the Chase only goes to 40#, not sure about Canada.

Here is a list of Canadian Car Seats that use a 5-pt harness to 47 & 48 lbs.

Keep in mind - harness must be ABOVE the shoulders, and for height - most seats say top of ears even with top of seat is the max height, but you'll need to check the manual for that (some are middle ears, others top).

  • Britax Marathon (48 lbs)
  • Century Breverra Ascend (48 lbs.)
  • Century Breverra Contour (48 lbs.; this model has a rear harness adjuster, which is not recommended)
  • Century NextStep MX/DX/SE (48 lbs.)
  • Evenflo Chase (47 lbs.)
  • Evenflo Generations (47 lbs.)
  • Graco Platinum CarGo (48 lbs.)
  • Graco Ultra CarGo (48 lbs.)
  • Graco Treasured CarGo (48 lbs.)

I forgot about the Graco 5pt/booster seats and because my mind was thinking 5pt/booster I forgot about the Britax!
Thanks

That's a great list to have!
