02 Expedition with 2nd row Capt Chairs

I have an 02 Expedition with 2nd row captain's chairs, and brand new car seats manufactured with LATCH. I have found the LATCH anchors for the 3rd row bench, and in the 2nd row chairs for the car seat strap that goes over the headrest. But my vehicle does not seem to have the anchors for the side-to-side tethers in the 2nd row chairs. I have seen drawings of where these anchors are on bench seats, and my dealer had tether anchor kits that could be installed on bench seats. However, we (the dealer and I) are both having problems confirming that there is a tether anchor kit for 2nd row captains chairs. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, my manual currently only includes 2001 vehicles. The dealer and owner's manual are your best reference until my new manual arrives in a couple months:-( Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
