If you have tried to make a poncho for your child to wear in the car seat,
and you (or your child) were not happy with the results,

I would try out one design on my son during the day,
then re-work the design after he went to sleep at night.
I was obsessed with finding the perfect solution!
When I finally got it right, I went to professional tailors,
patternmakers and seamstresses to make it beautiful:

It took seven days working on it off and on. I kept getting frustrated.
I don't like it because the hood is messed up and I should have put fleece on both sides. I put the wrong zipper on it. It isn't long enough. I am just really unhappy with it.
I would rather have a Car Seat Poncho because I know it would be made better. It would be heavier. I wouldn't have to stress myself out again trying to make a better one that I know I would never be happy with what I made.

We already have a carseat poncho, I just wanted to say that we get compliments on it every time we go out. It is just so darn cute!
