Valco Twin Runabout

I am strongly considering the Valco Twin Runabout -- most likely it will be the current 2005 model -- if you use this stroller could you post some pros and cons so I know what I am getting into! I will have a baby and a 2 year old in it.
thanks!

Sorry I haven't used it, I have heard good things though the only downside it it "can" be tippy.

I hope someone else has more info

I can't comment on the double, but the new Trimode single is very nice. If they are releasing a Tri-mode double, it might be worth waiting to see it.

I really like it--but it's one of the few strollers I haven't owned. I'd feel cheated at not being able to use the doubles seat, since my husband insists on "no double-decker babies"... I understand where he's coming from.. That's when the Valco is tippy, btw, is when you have a toddler in the seat up top and go over curbs... Other than that, I've never heard anything bad! It's pretty similar to the Mountain Buggy Urban Single as far as steering and weight go...and a little more versatile with the doubles seat.

oh hey I just realized I answered for the single.. Pretty much it all applies--except you probably won't be using the doubles seat..? And it's also identical to the Mountain Buggy Urban Double I've only played with the twin once or twice, since we only have it in one local store. I REALLY like it, but I couldn't justify a Valco PLUS an MBUD.
