I would wait for one of the Shoebuy.com $10 off coupons (no minimum).. Then Shoebuy.com gives you 10% off when you sign up, on subsequent orders for a period of 60 days. They also have free shipping. I buy from them all the time!

Dicks Sporting Goods always puts them on sale and offers free shipping! I bought a bunch offline from there last year for me! DS doesn't like the boys wearing them. They also take paypal!

We have had good luck finding them on sale at Hallmark stores for $14-15. It is usually particular colors.
