Where oh where is the Nautilus available?

I'm trying to order a Nautilus for the Grandparents to use in their vehicle.

It is out of stock at Walmart, Albeebaby, BabyUniverse - everywhere I look it is out of stock.

Does anyone know of a place which happens to have some ready to ship? I'm trying to fix the nasty car seat situation for my neice/nephew while we're still here visiting, but they only have a dial-up connection, and a very slow one at that, so it has taken forever just to check those few locations...

ETA: Nevermind, tried adding it to cart, and it's OOS.

Comfort1st seems to have it.

PrimeTimeBaby

It should be noted, I know nothing of these websites.

Oh, and Burlington Coat Factory seems to have it.
