Hi everyone, Just wondering: Are the Britax Bodyguard car seats' headrests supposed to have a little "give" to them? We just received ours today by Fedex and was wondering if the headrest is supposed to move a little side to side (left and right) or if the seat was damaged during shipping. (We know the headrest can move up and down, but this one giggles a little side to side). The box the seat came in (which had no styrofoam or packing material) was a little crushed at one of the top corners and there is a long crease along the box on that side, which indicates it may have been dropped or something during shipping. Should we still use the seat or return it? We have not found a retailer in our area who carries this specific seat - so if we returned it - the next one could be shipped in a box in worse condition. Is the seat still safe to use? Any suggestions? Thanks to any who reply prmantis2000 |

Moved from the reviews forum, because it is not a review. You're more likely to get a response here.
