FYI - California Insurance Code Section on Replacing Carseats

I know alot of you like to bookmark links that contain useful information.

I've mentioned in relavent posts that California law requires insurance companies to replace carseats in an accident.

Unfortunately, it appears the law only includes seats that were in use during the accident.

Below is a link to the California Insurance Code Section 11580.011 which makes that provision.
