Question Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

Share |

I'm not finding the Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles on the SK website. I thought I saw them before. Any other suggestion? Thanks!

Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

They won't send you the longer crotch buckle (maybe we have to call for it?)...I ordered one the other day and they said they won't send it. Honestly, I'm surprised they offer it...there are three buckle positions, and my dd at 6 never complained about the crotch buckle (she was too busy griping about the shoulder straps rubbing her neck :P). The buckle tongues are called buckle tongs, I didn't have any trouble ordering those, at least.

Question Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

It's more of a pain for me digging it out from under him and it rests directly on his penis. I have to really reach around there to buckle it. I didn't even see the tongs on the site though.

Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

Yeah, maybe the longer strap will eventually be available again...I was just being 'sour grapes' ish about it because I was wanting it and they wouldn't let me buy it, lol.

Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

Just checked that linked to see what the "tongs" are - I was still confused as what they were and could never find them on the site when I looked! But there they are, and right next to them is the longer center buckle strap!

Link directly to the accessories:

Wow, the site was NOT that nice a couple days ago!
Maybe I should just order that longer strap again (there was no picture the other day...)

Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

Yeah, the older ones sort of make the harness webbing 'fold' a little...the buckle tong(ue) doesn't flow freely on the harness..so the wider one fits the harness webbing better, without folding it.

Question Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

Does anyone one the dates when the "newer" model Radians came out that have the longer belt? There is a local dealer who sells the Radians but I dont want to have to order the extension if the newer ones already come installed with them.

Thanks
Eve

Re: Radian 65 belt extender & replacement buckles?

I think you might want to start a new thread... 'what's the DOM of your Radian and how long is it's crotch strap'...but it may have been this summer they got longer? (memories are fuzzy...)
