I tried to do this and it seems just okay, but I'm not real happy with it. It seems like the front "legs" are not solid at all. Maybe because of the leather?

I didn't try LATCH because DS is 35 pounds and I need to get used to doing SB installs and not rely on LATCH so much.

Seat was outboard position, drivers side.

Any tips? I felt like the LATCH straps sort of got in the way during my SB install, but I can't say for sure if they actually inhibited anything- I don't think they were tangled in the end or anything.

I have an 06 Accord (cloth seats) & have had no trouble installing the Maestro with seatbelt in any position (never tried latch). You should have less than 1" of movement at the belt path (rear of seat).
