need a 3 across- Lexus ES 350

This is for grandma's car. 5.5yo twins still in 5pt, and 8mo baby.
Seats currently used are 2 nautilus and a Britax Chaperone. Could two of the three seats be used in a 3 across for grandma's car? One of the twins is 42lbs, the other 32lbs.

Thoughts?

Those are big seats. I would look at 2 Evenflo Maestros and a Cosco Scenera (40 lb rfng version, Target is cheapest). Your looking at about $225 for all 3.
