D-ring location?

Ok so this is a Town and Country (I'm not sure of the year). Where the HECK are ya supposed to tether to?

Your second, third and fourth pictures all show where you can tether.

If you look at the pictures, you will see a flat metal piece with two holes on either side of it. There is another metal piece that slides right through those holes. It is attached to the tray underneath your front passenger seat.

On the front passenger seat, there is a tray that pulls out underneath the bum area. Pull that tray out and then look underneath the seat from the back. You will see two holes in the flat metal piece facing you.

Wrap your d-ring through that hole and then carefully slide the tray back into place. There's your tether anchor point!
