How long does it take for a cover to ship from Sunshine Kids?

I called Sunshine Kids about 10 days ago. They are sending me a replacement cover for a damaged cover that I have. How long can I expect for it to take to get here? I have a vacation planned in 3 weeks and would really like the cover for then. Any thoughts?

One time it took almost three weeks, another time it was here in less than a week.

Can you call them to get a tracking number? My cover from Britax is coming from NC to ID and it will be here in a week. Its beening shipped UPS ground. Hopefully you can a get a number.

I'm in the process of getting a replacement. Was your seat still under warranty? I got my seat in swap with a new replacement cover in a bag, and the new cover's elastic on one side is too small. The seat is out of warranty I believe.
