Re: Did you all see this yet?

That's super misleading if the seat they are selling doesn't have the new stickers yet!

Re: Did you all see this yet?

It's TJs. Typical. I've heard more carseat mis-information come from their staff in a single visit than in the rest of my life, I swear.

Re: Did you all see this yet?

Hi,

I was just at TJs tonight (buying a stroller/car seat combo for a young single mom in my church). I talked with the staff about the Radian and they told me they have the stickers and are putting them on all their seats. They are not sure if they will have enough 1st time around for their stock. I'm hoping I can get a sticker somehow through them or someone involved in this process.

Re: Did you all see this yet?

One thing I noticed is it's the Radian Premier on their site and until recently I hadn't seen the Radian Premier. My suspicion is that all Radian Premier's will have the new sticker and I'm wondering if they'll replace the regular Radian since only the premier is in the current Canadian catalog from SJKP...

Anyways, cool beans if they already have stickers and are able to apply them to old stock.

Re: Did you all see this yet?

I recently called the Canadian 1-800 number when I was trying out a Radian in my new-car-to-be and asked about whether they planned to discontinue the "regular" Radian since only the Premier was in a catalogue I saw on-line. I was assured this was not the case, and that they will continue to produce both. I am not sure if I believe them however.

Re: Did you all see this yet?

OH I hope they plan to keep the regular Radian, its actually fairly inexpencive for us Canadians at $199 and the Premier is expencive at $269 or something like that.

Re: Did you all see this yet?

Yes, I am sure that they will continue to sell both Radians. The Premier showed up on TJs' website a couple months ago before the weight limit increase. They just added the red writing and changed the weight limit on the Premier on their website.

The website shows the regular Radian as a "no frills" seat though, when others have said that the regular Radian at Canadian Tire includes the shoulder pads and belly pad for $199. So the only difference between the Premier and regular Radian would be the head hugger for an extra $70 (as compared to Canadian Tire). The only problem Canadian Tire is the expiry date, since posters have noted that CT is shipping seats that are 6 months old. TJs inventory is very current. We recently received two seats that were less than a month old! Sorry for the off-topic.

Anyway, I am sure that they regular Radian will be going to 65lbs. Maybe TJs has new inventory in the Premier right now, but still has a few regular Radians to purge before their new inventory arrives. Who knows?
