L&M Companies, Inc. of Raleigh, NC is issuing a voluntary recall of one lot (1590 cartons) of Nature’s Delight brand whole cucumbers because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled product was directly distributed by L&M Companies between March 30th and April 7th to wholesalers in New York (200 cartons), Florida (591 cartons), Illinois (139 cartons), Indiana (30 cartons) and Tennessee (15 cartons), and one retailer with distribution centers in Mississippi (420 cartons), Nebraska (92 cartons), Texas (2 cartons) and Wyoming (101 cartons).

Satur Farms of Cutchogue, NY is recalling 88.5 pounds of Satur Farms Cilantro, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The Satur Farms Cilantro was distributed in New York City and Long Island, New York.

Jonathans Sprouts of Rochester, MA is upgrading its recall of conventional alfalfa sprout products with a specific sell-by date to include all of its alfalfa products, conventional and organic, with all sell-by dates, as a precaution, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The products containing alfalfa sprouts were distributed in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware at the following stores: A&P, Grand Union, Stop & Shop, Shaws, Hannaford, Donnelans, Foodmaster, Truccis, Roche Brothers.

Wisconsin Pharmacal Company, LLC is recalling Atwater Carey First Aid Kits to remove Triad Povidone Iodine Prep Pads which were included in the kits. The recall of the Triad Povidone Iodine Prep Pad is due to potential contamination of these products with bacteria that could lead to life-threatening infections.

Ethos Environmental, Inc. announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of the company’s dietary supplement sold under the brand name Regenerect. Ethos Environmental, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall because FDA lab analysis has confirmed the presence of Sulfoaildenafil, an analogue of Sildenafil, making these products unapproved new drugs. Ethos Environmental, Inc. has distributed Regenerect via sales made over the internet to consumers in the United States of America and Puerto Rico.
