don't know how accurate that is - from native Texans I've heard Dallas/Ft Worth (considered one of the "best") is AWFUL.

I'm not looking forward to driving the Metroplex AGAIN in 2 weekends... but better me than dh. Crazy is very contagious for him.  Of course, there's going to be those who debate the Seattle-Eastside region too  All I know is that when I was there last year, I felt more at ease even though I was in heavy traffic than I am here on a 3 lane highway with only a few vehicles on the road. Sure there were a share of idiots out there, but there were also very polite drivers who understood that because everyone drives fast, there's a special importance for courtesy and manners.

Well i live right outside of DC and that is why i try not to drive there.. It sucks

Yeah, I don't like driving up there either. Norfolk/NN isn't much better for that matter. Richmond & the metro area isn't really that bad, actually.

Geez, PA is in the top 5 for both worst road and worst interstates. How positively shocking..
