CONTINENTAL TIRE IS RECALLING CERTAIN CONTITRAC TR TIRES, SIZE LT275/70R18 125/122S OUTLINE WHITE LETTERS AND BLACK SIDEWALL, AND CONTITRAC, SIZE LT275/70R18 125/122S, BLACK SIDEWALL, PRODUCED FROM MAY 6, 2007, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 20, 2008, SOLD AS AFTERMARKET AND INSTALLED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ON SOME MODEL YEAR 2008 AND 2009 FORD F-250 AND F-350 TRUCKS. SOME OF THESE TIRES MAY EXPERIENCE UNEVEN WEAR, VIBRATION, OR PARTICULARLY UNDER CONDITIONS OF OVERLOADING OR UNDER INFLATION IN HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE USAGE, SEPARATION BETWEEN THE BELT EDGES.

Nestle Prepared Foods Company, Gaffney, S.C., establishment, is recalling approximately 10,260 pounds of Lean Cuisine Simple Favorites frozen spaghetti and meatball entrees that may contain foreign materials. The spaghetti and meatball products were packaged on Oct. 25, 2010, and shipped to distributors and retail stores east of the Rocky Mountains.

The Oak Farms Dairy plant in Waco is voluntarily recalling half gallon plastic bottles of whole chocolate milk, half pint paper cartons of whole chocolate milk, and half pint paper cartons of 1% chocolate milk due to the presence of Alkaline Phosphatase found in samples during routine testing. The recall involves approximately 64,000 units of the affected product, which was distributed in Texas (San Antonio, Austin, Waco, Temple, Killeen, Hillsboro, Mexia, Wichita Falls, Lindale and Jacksonville) through numerous retail outlets, schools and food service settings.

ONE World Enterprises, LLC is recalling O.N.E. Coconut Water, packaged in 11.2 oz Tetra Pak cartons with Lot code 12E1004, UPC # 894991001104 and Sell-by date of May 1, 2011, due to the potential oxidation of the product that may permit the growth of mold. The affected product was distributed to various retail outlets in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New York, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Pierre Foods is voluntarily recalling one lot, 320 cases of PierreTM pb jamwich, crustless peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwiches, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The sandwiches were distributed to Giant-Carlisle stores in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

D&M Smoked Fish, Inc. located in Queens, New York, is recalling Haifa brand Schmaltz Herring with the Lot # 51 and Cold Smoked Sprats Lot #54 because the product was found to be uneviscerated. The lot for Cold Smoked Sprats being recalled is packed in bulk cases and was distributed through following food retailers in the NY area on or after February 28.

H&P Industries, Inc. Issues a Voluntary Nationwide Recall of All Lots of Povidine Iodine Prep Pads Due to Potential Microbial Contamination. They were distributed nationwide to healthcare customers and are packaged in individual packets and sold in a box of 100 packets.
