REI Recalls Novara Fusion Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard. Sold exclusively at: REI stores nationwide and at REI.com from November 2009 to November 2010 for between $600 and $900.

Felt Bicycles Recalls 2011 Felt Adult Bicycles Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Bicycle specialty stores nationwide from July 2010 through November 2010 for between about $1,400 and $5,000 per bicycle.

Everlast Resistance Stretch Tubing, Everlast Pilates Stretch Tubing, Sportline Resistance Stretch Tubing and Pineapple Pilates Stretch Tubing Recalled by EB Brands Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: Sporting goods retailers from March 2010 through December 2010 for between $13 and $25.

Remote Control Systems for Entertainment Electronics Recalled by Niles Audio Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Authorized dealers and distributors of audio/video equipment between January 2008 and September 2010 for about $1,300 for the iRemoteTS and $1,000 for the iC2.

Le Creuset Recalls Glass Lids Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Le Creuset and other retailers nationwide from October 2010 through January 2011 for $20 for individual glass lids and $160 when part of a casserole set.

Pier 1 Imports recalls golden tea lights sold with ornament tea light holders due to fire hazard. Sold exclusively at: Pier 1 Imports stores from September 2010 through January 2011 for between $2 and $8.

Petit Jean Farm, a Morrilton, Ark., firm, is recalling an undetermined amount of various meat and poultry products ("Meadow Lamb", "Meadow Beef", "Petit Jean Farm" brand names) that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. These products were sold through the Internet, as well as distributed to local markets and restaurants in Arkansas.

HUA SHING INTERNATIONAL TRADING CORP is recalling FROZEN SCDA (fish) discovered by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors that the fish was not properly eviscerated prior to processing. This product maybe contaminated with Clostridium botulinum spores, which can cause Botulism, a serious and potentially fatal food –borne illness. FROZEN SCDA (fish) was sold in New York City.

Pacific American Fish Co, Inc. of Vernon, California is recalling Shishamo Roe Capelin 4L. Based on FDA Import Alert, this type of processing and size of product has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum. Product was distributed in California, Kansas, Hawaii, Washington, New York, Texas via retail stores.

Svelte 30 Nutritional Consultants has been informed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that a sample of Svelte 30 orange & gray capsule was collected and tested by FDA in January 2011. The capsules tested positive for Sibutramine, an FDA-approved drug used as an appetite suppressant for weight loss. The product was sold directly to individual customers in our Kissimmee, Florida sales office.

Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc. (“Biotab”) is conducting a voluntary recall of two lots of EXTENZE nutritional supplement tablets. Some packages bearing lot numbers 0709241 and 0509075 are counterfeit products containing undeclared drug ingredients that can pose a serious risk to health. The counterfeit products are sold at retail nationwide in the form of carded four-packs (lot 0709241) and in the form of a box of thirty tablets divided into two fifteen tablet blister packs (lot 0509075).

Roche Insulin Delivery Systems announced today that it is notifying its customers and healthcare professionals about the recall of the ACCU-CHEK® FlexLink Plus infusion set, because of the potential for under delivery of insulin due to a kinked/bent cannula when inserting the ACCU-CHEK FlexLink Plus infusion set.
