Im just wondering which of the three is the smallest width wise? Are all the fabrics the same? Any one of them more padded or softer than the other?? I have the lite rider but the others look like they are only available online so I cant compare them with mine. Pictures would be wonderful if possible :D

I've only seen the first two IRL. They are the same width in the base, not sure if the armrests on the second one (it's called the Cruz?) are wider. They both had the same amount of padding.

I realize I'm a little late on this, but I have both the Literider and a Cruz. The Cruz looked a little narrower to me at first, but they're very very similar width-wise. The different armrest design seems to make the Cruz a little easier to buckle, but the Literider isn't difficult either. The padding and fabric is exactly the same type.

The one main advantage to the Cruz is that it's a little deeper for longer legged kiddos. Of course it has a cupholder too;) although we've yet to actually use it so I don't know how well it works. It stores in the bottom though which is pretty cool.

I have yet to actually see the 3rd one.

It had actually occurred to me that I should take some comparison pictures since I haven't seen anyone else with a Cruz, but haven't had a chance and we've got a busy weekend. I won't promise, but I will try.

HTH a little.

I'd LOVE to see comparison shots... and measurements... one of our walmarts was supposed to have them, but they don't.

ETA Pics are moved to post #12 & 13

Here are a few pics of the seats. I didn't have a model at home when I found time to take them, but I will say that my leggy 11 yr old has asked to ditch his Olli for the Cruz. He loves the leg support. My 7 yr old DD did not fit as well in the Cruz as she does the Literider though.

I don't think I can attach more pictures, but the widest point of the seat area is about 14" for the Literider and 12" for the Cruz. The Literider is widest toward the front and the Cruz is more toward the middle. The "side impact" wings up front do make it narrower inside. DS2 has trouble keeping slim pants up though so that's not an issue for him. The bases are just about the same width at the bottom, but the Cruz's armrests flare out to about 16.5" and the Literider's 17.5".

DS used the cupholder for the first time yesterday and it worked well. The "basket" is hard plastic and quite deep and it snaps on very tightly. The bottom of the booster is quite hollowed out and there is a storage attachment for the cup holder underneath. HTH!

Thanks so much for posting pictures, they are very very helpful!! So the cruz about an inch smaller than the lite rider width wise?

No problem! I'll try to mess with photobucket tomorrow so I can post the rest I took.

From outside of armrest to outside of armrest, yes, it's about an inch. Of course the Cruz is also taller so that may affect how well it puzzles as well.

the pics are great... I definitely think the cruz would work in my van (the literider is tippy and the armrests interfere with the buckles causing awful buckle crunch)

if I don't keep the combi dakota for Ruthanne as a backless (or when it expires), I see a cruz in our future.

I'm sad that it's not angled from back to front like the dakota, for larger/wider kids like Jeffrey, but for a slim jim like Ruthie, this is gonna be just what I'll be looking for.

(still so sad that combi discontinued my favorite backless booster)

Neither of my girls like the LiteRider, we have 2 of them. My 8 year old feels way too squished in the hip area and my (almost) 7 year old doesn't like this ridge of plastic at the back of the seat cause it hits her in her tailbone. I really wish the Cruz was big enough for wider booster kids.

Any pictures with a child in the Cruz? We are trying to find the best backless booster and aren't having much luck. We have tried everything available except for the Cruz, SK Santa Fe, and the Harmony Secure Comfort at TRU. He chose the backless Turbo from the ones we tried, but doesn't really like it. He fits in it, but just says it isn't really comfortable.
