Confused about access

This is Disneyworldnanny trying to help my friend out here :)

I'm on her screen name because she asked me to help her create a signature but it seems that she can't yet?

What are the requirements she needs to have before gaining access to Coffee Break etc. and is there not a way to create a signature until a certain point?

She said she also can't view profiles.

Hello,

I looked into this issue and have reset the account. It had been placed into a moderated usergroup due to a large number of posts that violated our Swap guidelines. If you would please have your friend read over the guidelines for posting buy/sell/trade items, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
