Cracked foam on Britax MA?

I took the cover off to wash it and I noticed the foam on the back of the seat is in two pieces rather than one.

Here is a pic although it is hard to see:

How do I contact Britax to get a replacement? Do I need one?

I would call and just ask them to replace it.

Re: Cracked foam on Britax MA?

Call them and see if they will replace it for you. Shipping is pricey. It is okay to use with cracked foam. Ours is cracked and they said we could still use it.
