Easier install Scenera or Avenue?
I just purchased an Avenue and try as I might could not get it installed in the middle row of our Ody. I tried latch and seatbelt. I could not get a good recline RF. I need a seat that I can easily install and uninstall. I also can't have one that is too pricey. I have installed a Scenera once, and it wasn't perfect, but not as bad as the Avenue. Any other ideas? Do I have to use a noodle for RF?

Re: Easier install Scenera or Avenue?
You'll likely need a pool noodle or a rolled towel. It's not at all uncommon.
I found it a very easy seat to install and use. Wendy

Re: Easier install Scenera or Avenue?
Any great tips? It is hard to pull the latch adjuster tight because of the wings that come out on the side, any suggestions.

Re: Easier install Scenera or Avenue?
Do you pull the cover off and pull the LATCH strap back through the belt path? Or try the seatbelt?

Re: Easier install Scenera or Avenue?
I just saw that tip about pulling the latch back thru the path. I will for sure try that tip. I did try using the seatbelt, but had a hard time getting it tight there to. Usually I have my hubby help, but I really want to figure this one out on my own as it won't be a seat we leave in all week. Thanks for the help!

Re: Easier install Scenera or Avenue?
You can do the same thing when you're doing a seatbelt install. In fact, with that seat I just pull back the cover for anything. Then I can see what I'm doing, make sure everything's flat, and I can pull in the direction of the belt more easily.
