Meijer Recalls Falls Creek Infant Boy Shoes Due to Choking Hazard. Sold at: Meijer stores nationwide from July 2010 through September 2010 for about $15.

Girls’ Ruffle Vests Recalled by The Children’s Place Due to Choking Hazard. Sold at: Online at The Children’s Place Services LLC website, www.childrensplace.com, in September 2010 for about $20.

Standard Homeopathic Company, in consultation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is voluntarily recalling its Hyland's Teething Tablets. The company is initiating this recall in an abundance of caution due to an FDA investigation of its manufacturing facility. Hyland’s Teething Tablets are manufactured in the United States and distributed throughout North America.

GE Recalls GE Profile™ and GE Monogram® Dishwashers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Retail stores nationwide, appliance dealers and authorized builder distributors from July 2003 through December 2006 for between $750 and $1,400.

John Deere EZtrak Zero Turn Lawn Mowers with Foot Lift and Zero Turn Mowers with Premium Foot Lift Kit Recalled by John Deere Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: All John Deere dealers in the U.S. with the exception of California. The Z445 Zero-Turn Mower with 54 High Capacity Deck sold from January 2009 to September 2010 for approximately of $5,300; and the BM22809 Premium Foot Lift Kit sold from February 2009 to September 2010 for approximately $80.

Bicycles with 2010 EC90 Zero seat posts Recalled by Easton Sports; Seat Post Poses Fall Hazard. Sold at: Turner Suspension Bicycles, Ibis Cycles and Security Bicycle Accessories retailers nationwide from April 2010 through August 2010 for between $150 and $200.

Primal Vantage Expands Recall of Ameristep Plastic Strap-On Tree Step Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: The product was sold from April 2008 through November 2009 at various outdoor and sporting goods retailers nationwide as a 3-step package in model 105 or as a single step in model 155.

Colombina S.A. is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Colombina Brand Mega Pops in 14-ounce and 28-ounce cellophane bags containing watermelon, cherry, orange and grape flavored pops. A limited number of Mega Pops™ brand lollipops may contain traces of foreign particles. Colombina Mega Pops are distributed nationwide through several different retailers and wholesalers.

Klement Sausage Company, Inc., a Milwaukee, Wisc., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,740 pounds of Market Pantry brand beef stick products that may contain foreign materials. The beef stick products were produced on August 31, 2010, packaged on September 1, 2010, and shipped to distribution centers and retail stores nationwide.

Autentico Foods, a Hawaiian Gardens, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 54,000 pounds of ready-to-eat pork products (fried pork products (bellies/skins/cracklin) and pickled pork skin products) that it did not produce in accordance with its food safety plan. The fried pork products have production dates of May 8, 2010 through September 29, 2010 and were distributed to retail establishments in California. The pickled pork skin products were distributed to retail establishments in California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah.

KOSHER FIRST LLC. 502 FLUSHING AVE. is recalling TUV TAAM SALADS NOVA LOX SALAD due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Tuv Taam Salads Brand Nova Lox Salad is packed in a 17 oz. plastic container coded Sell By 12/03/2010. It was distributed to COSTCO locations in New York and New Jersey.

bioMérieux, Inc. on September 16, 2010, initiated a worldwide voluntary product correction of VITEK® 2 Gram Negative Susceptibility Cards containing the antibiotic Piperacillin/Tazobactam (TZPv). These cards, manufactured after March 10, 2009, are used in clinical laboratories to perform antimicrobial susceptibility testing as part of the VITEK® System.

Sandoz Inc. announced today it has initiated a voluntary recall in the US of all 50mg/2mL and 250mg/10mL vials of Sandoz and Parenta brand Methotrexate Injection, USP product (“methotrexate”) to the consumer/user level. Consistent with its commitment to quality and patient safety, Sandoz is initiating this voluntary recall of all 24 lots of the affected product following the finding of small glass flakes by Sandoz quality control in a limited number of vials in four lots.
