Here's the question though....Why does it look like there's a piece of tape holding the child's head in place?? I don't tape my kid's heads down to the carseat!! Why does it look like they did? Thanks for any info!! :)

I was told it is a measuring device to measure head excursion (how far the head moves, which is very little RF). I could be mis-informed - but that's the answer I have always given.;) Hopefully someoe will chime in with an affirmative or negative on my info.
