Abbott Voluntarily Recalls Certain Similac® Brand Powder Infant Formulas That Did Not Meet Its Quality Standards. The recall of these powder infant formulas includes: Certain Similac powder product lines offered in plastic containers and Certain Similac powder product lines offered in sizes such as 8-ounce, 12.4-ounce and 12.9-ounce cans.

Molenaar LLC Recalls Electroluminescent Night Lights Due to Fire and Shock Hazard. The recalled night lights were distributed free as promotional products by various companies imprinted with various company names between October 2001 and November 2009.

Siemens Recalls Siemens and Murray Circuit Breakers, Load Centers and Meter Combos Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: The Home Depot, Lowes, other hardware and building supply stores and numerous electrical distributors nationwide from June 2010 through August 2010 for between $2.50 to $235.

CERTAIN CARLISLE TIRE AND WHEEL COMPANY (CETS) LRD USA TRAIL TIRES, SIZE 20.5/8.0-10, FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES." THE TIRES WERE MARKED IMPROPERLY ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE AS LOAD RANGE "E" ON ONE SIDEWALL SIDE, WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MARKED LOAD RANGE "D".

Hallmark Fisheries, Charleston, Ore., is recalling several packaged crab meat products because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The crab meat is sold under the brands Hallmark, Peacock, Quality Ocean International and Yaquina Bay in five pound cans, one pound vacuum packs, one pound plastic tubs and eight ounce plastic tubs. The crab was distributed in Washington, Nevada, Oregon and California primarily to food service companies.

Tribravus Enterprises, LLC announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of all Lot Codes of the company's dietary supplement product sold under the name Reversitol, which was marketed “for promoting hormonal regulation…,” and contains 6-Etioallochol-1,4-Diene-3,17-Dione, also known as ATD, an aromatase inhibitor. Reversitol had been sold nationwide, both in retail stores and direct to consumers, but was discontinued by iForce Nutrition on December 10, 2009.
