Pool supply stores carry them when other stores don't. Toys R Us carries them year round here, not sure if that's true elsewhere. Remember that you can always use a rolled towel instead when necessary.

I don't. I go around to the local pools as soon during the last week of the season and ask if I can have the towels in the lost and found.
I can't find them here in the off-season either...so I stock up on them in the summer. About now is when they are usually on clearance, so might want to check the clearance section of your WalMart, etc. My BIL looked at me like I had a second head when I yelled at him for trying to throw them away during our move last month LOL

I got my supply last winter at a flower shop
I really was thrown for a loop that they had them. And there was no pool supply stores where I was living. Though if there was that would have been my first stop.

I now see that they sell them on Amazon, so if I need one, I know where I CAN get it...
