What is the safest seat for 4yr old?
She has a Britax Decathlon right now. We just had a newborn who is DC#1: 4 yrs old:43 inches, 35 lbs. |

It looks like your post got chopped off. Were you thinking of putting the newborn in the Decathlon? Most newborns won't fit properly because the bottom slots are too high.
The safest seat is the one that fits your child, fits your vehicle, and you can use properly every time. Take a look at the Evenflo Maestro, Graco Nautilus, Britax Frontier.

If it were my child, I would put her in a Graco Nautilus or Recaro ProSport
 Depending on your budget you could also look at the Maestro
