Miami Breaker Recalls Counterfeit Square D Circuit Breakers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold to: Electrical product distributors and wholesalers nationwide from March 2005 through July 2006. Single pole breakers sold for between $3 and $4, double pole breakers were sold for between $8 and $9.

Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. Recalls Kawasaki 2010 KLX110 Off-Road Motorcycles Due to Injury Hazard. Sold by: Kawasaki dealers nationwide from August 2009 through February 2010 for about $2,100.

MASTERCRAFT BOAT COMPANY, LLC HAS DETERMINED THAT THERE MAY BE INSUFFICIENT CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE DECK INSPECTION PLATE AND THE FUEL PUMP VENT HOSE ON 2010 MARISTAR 225 MODEL BOATS AND 2010 X-25 MODEL BOATS MANUFACTURED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 2009 AND EARLY APRIL 2010. DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE FUEL PUMP IS MOUNTED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE DECK INSPECTION PLATE COVERING THE ACCESS TO THE FUEL PUMP, IT IS CONCEIVABLE THAT THE DECK INSPECTION PLATE MAY CAUSE UNUSUAL WEAR ON THE FUEL PUMP VENT HOSE THAT IS LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE DECK INSPECTION PLATE.

Valley Meat Company, a Modesto, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately one million pounds of frozen ground beef patties and bulk ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli. The products subject to recall bear the establishment number "EST. 8268" inside the USDA mark of inspection as well as a production code of 25709 through 01210. and were distributed to retail outlets and institutional foodservice providers in California, Texas, Oregon, Arizona and internationally.

Optimus, Inc. d/b/a Marky’s, Miami, FL is announcing the voluntary recall of Eugenio Brezzi Truffle Puree products imported from Italy. The truffle puree products have been deemed under‐processed due to a defect found in the manufacturing process of the puree. The truffle puree products were distributed between the period of February 2009 – July 2010 to outlets in the following locations: AR, AK, CA, FL, KY, LA, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NM, NY, NC, RI, TX, TN, and VA.

Lundbeck Inc. has voluntarily recalled two lots of NeoProfen® (ibuprofen lysine) Injection that failed to meet a visible particulate quality requirement. NeoProfen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory therapy indicated to close a clinically significant patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) in premature infants weighing between 500 and 1500 g, who are no more than 32 weeks gestational age

The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) is voluntarily expanding its recall to include veterinary(Iams Veterinary Dry Formulas) and some specialized dry pet food (Eukanuba Naturally Wild, Eukanuba Pure, Eukanuba Custom Care Sensitive Skin) as a precautionary measure because it has the potential to be contaminated with salmonella. The affected products are sold in veterinary clinics and specialty pet retailers throughout the United States and Canada.

Merrick Pet Care, Inc. of Amarillo, Texas is extending its July 2,2010 recall of 10 oz "Beef Filet Squares for Dogs (Texas Hold'Ems)" pet treat (ITEM # 60016 LOT # 10084TL7 BEST BY MARCH 24, 2012) to also include 83 cases of "Texas Hold'ems" (ITEM # 60016 LOT # 10127 BEST BY MAY 6, 2012) because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The Beef Filet Squares (Texas Hold 'Ems) were shipped to distributors and retailers throughout the US.
