Radian Install with Tether?

Hi - We currently have a 6 passenger van and I am purchasing a 3rd row 50/50 bench to make it a 7 passenger van. I currently have my DD in the
2nd row captains chair with LATCH and Tether. Next weekend we are going to have 7 passengers in the van, 5 adults to children in carseats. I am thinking of putting DD in her Radian in the center of the 3rd row bench for 2 reasons, Give the captain chair to an adult and the position only has a lap belt, not safe for anyone but a carseat. So my question is, can I Tether her seat on an angle. The tether locations are on the bottom of the seats in both outboard positions, there is no tether location in the middle, can I tether to one of the outboard positions. Of course this is assuming the Radian will go there... Hopefully this makes sense.
