Thumbs down Home videos of misuse (myspace, youtube, etc.)

http://vidsearch.myspace.com/index.c...ids.fullsearch

Not sure if that'll work for everyone ... but MySpace users can just do a video search for carseats -- just amazing how little effort parents put into keeping their kids safe

Yes, there are alot of bad ones, but I just searched Youtube and noticed that they have gotten a lot better than they were a few months ago! Of course, there are still alot of kids forward facing that could be rear facing, but at least they are properly buckled in the seats with tight enough straps and the chest clip where it should be! This one is my favorite:

Re: Home videos of misuse (myspace, youtube, etc.)

My sister puts her 9 month old in a car seat but never bothers to buckle the car seat in. So it's basically sitting in the back seat of the car not attached to anything while she rides back there "holding" the car seat (as if that's going to help in a crash.) She also has the kid facing sideways, neither back nor front. And this is an ancient car with no airbags or safety features driven by her loser boyfriend who I am told has had his license suspended.

Yes, this is my SISTER. My older sister, too. *sigh*
