Infant head falling forward - Peg Perego Sip 30/30

We have a 4 week old baby (about 9 lbs) and a Peg Perego Sip 30/30 car seat. Every time he falls asleep in the car, his head falls forward so his chin is touching his chest! I have a Hyundai Tuscon and it's installed on the back passenger seat (we have another child so won't fit in the middle). I installed the base when the car was level and put a rolled up towel under the base so that the carseat leveller was in the 'green'. If I raise the base any higher (by the seat back) then the leveller will be in the red.

When the car seat is on our stroller (Mtn buggy) and he falls asleep, his head does not fall forward. It's only in the car we have a problem.

Any suggestions??

If you install it with it a little in the red, then put him in the seat, does it get back all in the green? I'd try to get it as close to the edge of green as you can AFTER he's in the seat. Make sense?

Is there any additional head padding behind him? If so, remove it and use rolled receiving blankets on either side of him for positioning.

I have found the same problem with all the smaller infants (less than 3-4 months old) in the new peg infant seat. I just do not like the fit for littles.
