Using Evenflo harness clip on Cosco seat?
I have a Cosco High Back Commuter seat for my 2 yr old son. He has just learned how to release the harness clip and enjoys repeating this new found task over and over again.
I have tried several ways in which to discourage him from unlocking his chest harness to no avail.
I went back to Toys R Us to see if they had a replacement clip that was more secure and found none.
I saw that Evenflo has a chest clip that requires the use of two fingers to "pinch" the clip to release it.
I was told that I should not interchange brands. Since this looks to be a more secure locking mechanism what would be the harm in doing so?
Please advise why this would not work.
Thank you,
