I think they only had the free shipping on Leap Day. I ordered an Easter outfit for Zain as well as some shoes for him and Nour and a pair of sandals for Katelyn and found another code for 20% off. Even though everything I got was already on sale, it still let me use that code! And they had my order shipped out less than 12 hours after I placed it!

They always have free shipping on $75+, so that's included in the coupon deal. The coupon threshold is $50, so if you spend between $50 on $75 you pay the flat rate shipping, and above that it's free.
