This is kind of embarrassing since I'm a tech, but I have had my dd's RF tether in the wrong place all this time! I remember when I attached it and I couldn't find anywhere to tether it on the seat in front of it, so I tethered it underneath the seat she was on. I just went out to fix it and I *think* I may have found a place to tether it underneath the seat in front of it, but I'm not 100% sure it's a good one. I need some feedback. I took a picture of before, how I did it and after. This is in my 2005 Saturn Relay minivan. The carseat is in the passenger captain's chair and is tethered underneath the front passenger seat in front of it.
This is what I had to work with. The other side is identical.
I slid the d-ring strap underneath the bar:
I wrapped it around and through and attached the tether:
Does that work? It's a wide spot to tether it to, but it's the only one.
What do you think?
