Three across in an Outlander? - Canada

We bought a 2012 Outlander less then a year ago and found out we are expecting #3. Getting rid of the SUV is a no go (not only is it new but we LOVE it!) so we need to figure out what we can do car seat wise. Currently we have both kids in First Years TrueFits. DD will be 4 and weighs 29 pounds so shes no where near ready for a boaster. DS will be 2 and weighs roughly 26 pounds right now. He is currently rear facing and I'd like to keep it that way if I can. Our bucket seat is a Graco.

Is it possible to replace just one of the Truefits with a Radian and have a Radian, a Truefit and the bucket? Or will I have to replace both?

Thanks!

Well, you could get one Radian & try it. But to be honest I highly doubt it will work. You probably need two Radians. Which Graco do you have (22, 30, 32, 35)?

Or possibly one Radian for the rearfacer and one Harmony Defender for the 4 yr old? It's about as narrow as the Radian, but is a forward facing only combination seat.

We don't have the Defender in Canada, unfortunately :( The narrowest combo seat we have is the Maestro. But that may be worth a try.

We have the 22.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I guess $800 in car seats is cheaper then a new car. The cheapest I've found the a Radian is $359.99. I'm going to keep an eye out on baby sales and cross my fingers I find it cheaper.
