RF RA 50 Tether Question

I have a rf RA50 classic in my passenger captains chair in my 2006 Sedona. It's normally in our truck and I"ve not installed it RF in my van but need to for a few weeks.

Where is a good spot to tether to on the front seat? The bottom of the front seat is completely covered with a plastic casing and there is a bar there but it just doesn't seem sturdy enough for me to tether to. I's prefer to tether if I can, but if there isn't a good safe spot is it ok not to?

I believe most car manufacturers do not allow you to tether to the bottom of a front seat, aka "Swedish" style tethering. There is also "Australian" style tethering where you can wrap it around the both sides of the front of the seat to the forward facing tether spot. A tech can come and give you more details, on how to do the Aussie style tethering if you wish.

And rf tethering is optional unless you have a Canadian Britax G4 series, and is it is safer not to rf tether it at all then to tether to an incorrect spot.
