Innnteresting. Maybe that is part of what all the clearancing was about? I'm especially interested to see the combo seat.

Thanks, Pixels!

Always excited to hear about new seats! Especially a combo seat since I have 2 kids (potentially) that use those.

How do you pronounce Diono....sounds like a dinosaur....lol

Diono?

Is that Die-oh-no? Dee-oh-no? Dyo-no? Dee-ah-no?

This is going to be another company name frequently mispronounced, I'm sure. We'll have mispronunciations of at least the following:
  • Graco
  • Britax
  • Chicco
  • Recaro
  • Diono

Maybe they wanted to join the trend of companies ending in "o."
  • Graco
  • Evenflo
  • Chicco
  • Recaro
  • Diono
  • Cosco

Okay, I know how to say Britax and Chicco properly, but what about the rest?

ETA: if they release that pink polka dot cover for the Radian, I am so keeping mine.

Some people say "Grack-oh" for Graco, "Ree-care-oh" for Recaro, and you know about Chicco and Britax. :) I'm sure this one will also be mispronounced. I am not sure how to pronounce it! :p

Interesting. I am curious as to why the name change. Hopefully we will get more reports and possibly some pictures from the folks that when to KIM soon.

Oooh can't wait to see what they come out with.

I wonder if the name change has anything to do with all the bad press associated with SK and Radian SL?

I've been asked to tell people not to call SKJP with inquiries on the new name or product until they make an official press release in a week or two. In the mean time, here's a photo. The new product is a Radian that converts to booster mode with semi-adjustable base width. More details to come!

lol, they know us well. So it's based on the Radian? Does it still rf (is it a 3 in 1), or just a combo?

Yes this!

Wow those pics look like an XTSL on steroids.... very cool! :p

If this is essentially an XTSL that can then be used in booster mode i think i may be in  again with SK/Diono

The display says convertible + booster, so it must be a 3 in 1.
