What seat for 20mo and 3.5yr in second car?

I'm days away from getting a new Rav4, and I'm trying to figure out which car seat to get. I have a 20 month old (25 lbs.), and a 3.5 year old (35 lbs.), both in Triumphs in the minivan. My 3.5 is about six months from being too big for his current seat. The Rav4 is a secondary vehicle, so both kids will not be in it at the same time. I'd like to install one seat in the rear center, as the Rav4 has a center tether, and use it for whichever child is in the car. My question is, what car seat would work well for both of them, yet still allow easy adjustment of strap height without removing the seat? Any help would be great, thanks!

The Wizard :)
It's the easiest to adjust, has THE tallest top harness position, and has a 65 pound weight limit (well, skinny kids won't make it that long, more like 45 pounds, but still at least age 5 or 6).
There used to be the Apollo, which was almost exactly like your Triumph, with the moveable harness, but it's no longer in production. The Alpha Omega Elite has moveable slots, but if your 3 yo is almost too tall for the Triumph, then the AOE is already too small as a harnessed seat.

If you have $250 to spend, the Wizard would be perfect. We have two in our primary vehicle for our 2.5 year old and 4.5 year old. My oldest is in preschool 3 mornings a week and very often my almost 2 year old niece is with me after I drop my DD off at school. My niece is about 33 inches tall, and wides in my oldest's Wizard. My 4.5 year old is 43 inches tall, so the harness height between these two is quite substantial. It is so nice to be able to just adjust the harness height with the twist of a knob.
