It's always hard to tell without being hands on. Do you have access to a tech locally?

Harness looks to me like it might be a hair above, but I'd honestly be pretty okay with calling it "at."

Is the locking clip within an inch of the latchplate? I might try flipping it over and scooting it a bit closer to the edge of the belt path... but photos can be decieving.

To me the locking clip looks like it's less than an inch, that's why I did one with my finger in it, there's no techs in this country, there's supposed to be techs but when you send someone to one and see what they do you really wonder........
