Does First Years Compass B540 or B570 fit into overhead compartment on airplane?

Flying with my 5yo DS and renting a car; would like to buy the First Years Compass either B540 or B570 as a travel booster but unsure if folded if it would fit in the overhead compartment on a Southwest airlines plane (coach) as I don't want to check it?

If not, I will get the Harmony folding booster, but I think I prefer the features of the FY booster.

The compass is pretty fat when folded. Have you looked into a Bubble Bum? I have used one for my DD on several travel trips. A turbo comes apart easily and might be a better option for easy stowing.

Bumping this, as I have the exact same question, interested in B570 but only if I can have it as a carryon (on Southwest as well, actually). And similarly, I do not want to gate check (have had a bad experience with gate checking, airlines do destroy things occasionally....) So the folded dimensions would really help because then I would know which airlines will take it. Thanks!
